Classes & Special Events

Music enriches, entertains and gives us the opportunity to move around a little bit. That’s why Joanie Calem visits Little Dreamers every week to lead music class.  Joanie is a musician, songwriter and teacher who has been teaching and creating music with children of all ages since 1983.  Learn more about Joanie here: http://www.joaniecalem.com/whoami.html

Check out her Summer Music Classes with her animal puppets.  She offers Sing Along and Dance Along classes for different age groups, and even has a percussion class!

Our theme this month is the circus, and we have BIG stuff planned.  On Wednesday, May 12th , Bug A Boo the Clown will be coming to Little Dreamers!  Bug A Boo will be doing magic tricks, making balloon animals, and will even be bringing a cotton candy machine!

Little Dreamers, Big Believers day care is proud to sponsor the Columbus High Ball kids costume contest called Mini Masques. So bring out your little ghouls, ghosts and monsters because we’re going to have an incredible time.

We will be judging five categories:

1. Best super hero

2. Best circus star

3. Best kids book character

4. Funniest

5. Most original

Register between 2:00 and 3:45 pm at the corner of 4th Avenue and High Street. There will also be trick or treating for kids prior to the contest from 1:00 - 3:30 pm. Visit HighBallHalloween.com for more details.
