On November 12th the pre-schoolers had their first yoga class.
This special Yoga on High class for pre-schoolers aged 2.5 through 5-year-old teaches them a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories and games. Children can develop early exercise habits too. your child will delight in practicing yoga, discovering new movement skills and singing songs.
The cost is only$60.00 for all six classes offered throughout November and December. Talk to Sarah Delay for more details.
